Teaching Math

It’s Sunday and if you’re anything like me, you’re getting your lessons and materials organized for the week to come. I know I’ve been burning the candle at both ends and in the middle lately, so I can use ALL the help I can get. I’m here to make your life easier. I have collaborated with two phenomenal groups of educators to bring you a virtual math conference and two deeply discounted math bundles so that you can focus on what you love best – TEACHING!

My colleagues and I would love for you to join us for The Modern Math Teacher Virtual Conference on October 10th and 11th. You’ll learn all about boosting engagement, using research based strategies, differentiation, balancing synchronous and asynchronous time, interactive notebooks, building math confidence, and more. Early bird registration ends TODAY and regular registration continues through October 9th. I hope you’ll join us for this exciting event.

I’m also excited to share information about some INCREDIBLE MATH BUNDLES with you. If you teach grades 3 – 5 or grades 6 – 8, you will definitely want to check these deeply discounted bundles out. The materials in these bundles are perfect for virtual, hybrid, and in person learning and include a wide variety of math topics and standards.

Teachers Pay Teachers Sales

On the first Sunday of every month, a group of 4th and 5th grade teachers and I are offering half-priced resources on Teachers Pay Teachers. This month, I am offering my book companion bundle which is one of my best sellers and a brand new math task card bundle. In the book companion bundle you’ll find lesson plans as well as printable and digital graphic organizers, and colorful PDFs that you can use to project on a SMART board in class or in your virtual classroom. The math task card bundle now includes digital as well as printable task cards for decimal and fraction number sense, whole number computation, decimal computation, fraction computation, and algebraic expressions and equations. I love task cards because they’re so versatile. I use them in centers and for small group instruction.

Finally, this week, I am participating in a wonderful event with a group of fantastic teachers which features a different sale every day for a week! There are dollar deals (Sunday and Monday), $2 deals (Tuesday and Wednesday), seasonal resources (Thursday), freebies (Friday), half-priced bundles (Saturday), and $1 digital resources, beginning TODAY!

I hope you have a productive week and that you’ll join me in some of these terrific endeavors.
